The Summary Court Martial can try any offence punishable under the Act or under the command of the officer holding the court , except an officer , junior commissioned officer or warrant officer , when there are grave reasons for immediate action .
यदि कोई ऐसे गंभीर कारण हों जिन पर तत्काल कार्रवाई करना आवश्यक हो तो संक्षिप्त सेना न्यायालय किसी अधिकारी , जे.सी.ओ . या वारंट अफसर के अतिरिक़्त सेना न्यायालय लगानेZ वाले किसी अन्य अफसर की कमान के अधीन किए गए अपराधों का विचारण भी कर सकता है .
